Have you ever wondered what separates those that have from those that have not? Why does it seem so easy for others to make oodles of money, while you seem to barely get by, living paycheck to paycheck? And on top of that they enjoy a luxury lifestyle, live out their every dream, and fulfill their purpose with the love and support of family and friends, while you sit at home on Saturday nights lonely and depressed.
Well, there is a secret to acquiring great wealth and abundance in all forms. Many people believe that there is some universal law of gratitude which entitles one to a millionaire lottery windfall, but that simply isn’t the truth. Of course, living a life of true gratitude will produce positive thoughts and energy thereby opening doors of future prosperity, but that isn’t where real abundance is birthed.
True riches and wealth come from Wisdom. To many, well, that seems self explanatory. Everyone knows a fool and his money will soon part. But that is not exactly the gist of the conversation. The source of all forms of abundance and prosperity, has been from the beginning of time, and is still true to this day, that ALL bountiful gifts come from the Goddess, Queen of Heaven, Wisdom.
Blessed are those who find wisdom,
those who gain understanding,
14 for she is more profitable than silver
and yields better returns than gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies;
nothing you desire can compare with her.
16 Long life is in her right hand;
in her left hand are riches and honor.
17 Her ways are pleasant ways,
and all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her;
those who hold her fast will be blessed. -Bible, NIV
Yin and Yang-Balance
The Bible teaches that Goddess Wisdom, as she is identified here, is the source of all wealth. It does not merely imply that prudent thinking and actions result in financial blessings, but that the Goddess Wisdom is a literal being who is the source of life and riches and honor. Notice that while life is in Her right hand, which traditionally in the craft of the Wise represents the male or yin side of the body as well as altars in spiritual rituals. The reason being is that it is said that the LEFT side of the brain is ‘male’ and corresponds with the right side of the body; the RIGHT side of the brain is ‘female’ and corresponds with the left side of the body.
The Left brain is in charge of Math, Logic, Language, etc.
The Right brain in in charge of Nurturing, Creativity and Intuition.
So with that said, Mother Goddess, seems to hold both polarities within Her hands. She is the giver of all life in the Universe, as well as the supplier of untold blessings. It is as if She is a great Scale of Balance, like that of the sign Libra, and so that would make her Justice as well.
So that means that obtaining balance is key to manifesting wealth and abundance. The greatest secret to receiving wealth is honoring the divine feminine with yourself, by outward worship of Mother God. The male, right side, is the driving force, and unrelenting power of creation. It is a force, that must be governed by Goddess, to be of value. If unchecked, greed, lust for power, and over confidence can be your doom. Although if balanced by the female side then can give you a bolster of confidence and decisiveness that will help you act on opportunities for making money.
The feminine, left side, focuses on how one values others above themselves. This is the side of giving, self-sacrificing, and all acts of love and compassion.
Proverbs 3:9-10, “Honor the Lord with your wealth,
with the first fruits of all your crops;
10 then your barns will be filled to overflowing,
and your vats will brim over with new wine.
This was done, like many other pagan rituals and celebrations, with animal sacrifice to God, joyous merry making, and lots of alcohol. It was not by any means, like it is done today, with great seriousness and polite quiet. Sabbath offerings at the temples, in the fields and sacred tree groves were jubilant, and full of gratitude and magic. Likewise, in churches that sing songs of celebration, dance with joy, and fellowship during the offering time, you find are the wealthiest churches compared to their counterparts who are more somber. This is also done at many Sabbat festivals, and pagan rituals all over the world, with and without animal sacrifice, which is in part consumed by the celebrants.
So you see the principle of tithes and offerings are merely joyful expressions of gratitude, and a balancing of the divinely feminine principal of altruism and compassion over self-gratification of the male dominant side. The feminine principal is often associated with water, which is yielding, adaptable and nourishing like the milk from the breasts of Mother God. The “spiritual milk” of the Mother, which is Wisdom, was even alluded to by all the Apostles. It seems even they knew that God was the divine feminine as well as masculine.
1 Peter 2:1-3
“Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander, 2like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation, 3if you have tasted the kindness of the Lord.”-Bible, NIV
In other words; we must balance the masculine side with Mother’s Milk, which is the essence of abundance and spiritual growth. This concept is has been syncretized all over the world.
In many ancient spiritual paths, including as we see Christianity and Judaism, the Mother Goddess has always been associated with financial prosperity, and her symbols is often a Great Cow Goddess, who gives sustenance to the soil, as well as the source of the sweet waters of the rivers that nourished the people. In ancient times, She represented the beginning and source of all creation. In Ancient Africa, it is Goddess Oshun, divine queen of the sweet waters of life, who imparts wealth, honor and love to all of her children.
It is said, she came down from Heaven to bring salvation to mankind, and it was only through her self-sacrifice, that humanity was restored and the flood gates of the waters of life were restored, becoming Queen of all the earth. In India, Goddess Ganga was the only one who could bring nourishing water from Heaven , whom Lord Vishnu caught within his thick locks of his hair, to keep her from being mischievous. And of course, Goddess Hathor of Egyptian history, who was known as the Lady of a thousand names, and whose breasts flowed the Milky Way. (Feel free to read my blog posts about this wonderful Goddess). Like wise, Goddess Lakshmi, who rose from the sea on a Lotus, and became the wife of Vishnu, also bestows riches on her devotees.
Abundance and Prosperity Goddesses
In fact, there are many Goddesses, whom by their very nature of fertility and powers of creation, are regarded as dispersers of Wisdom, Nourishment and Children. All of these things equal abundance, and the honor one gives to the divine feminine, creates a positive flow of abundance in your life.
Most of these Goddesses are equated with water, the sun, the bountiful earth, the heavens or cows as well: Aphrodite, Tara, Brighid, Renenet, Abundantia, Fortuna, Asherah, Ishtar, Lauma, Demeter, and Boan to name just a few. I remember as a child, growing up I heard the story of how Jesus withdrew a coin from the mouth of a fish to pay his taxes, and how he blessed five fish and two loaves of bread to multiply abundance for the people.
This was in accordance to the law of the Goddess, and the divine feminine energy in complete balance of the male energy. Jesus, who called Himself a divine Son of Mother Wisdom, (He said, Wisdom is proven right by Her children….after all) knew that if he combined faith,which is self-confidence, mastery and power of the divine masculine with the compassionate and self-sacrificing aspect of the divine feminine, (an act of Goddess energy) it would yield life and abundance. Look at the symbolism of the fish and the loaves. The fish, being a symbol of the Goddess and the loaves being an symbol of God, working in perfect balance to nourish and provide “more than enough” for the children.
” John 6:56-63 Jesus says that we are to feed on His flesh (bread, which is the Word). He says that if we eat this bread we will live forever, but then He says that the flesh (bread) profits nothing unless the Spirit (oil) is upon the bread. The Spirit (oil) upon the bread (Word) produces life (resurrection power).” -Bill Burns
So that is saying that the male (Bread/Word/Christ) will not produce prosperity or life without the (Spirit/Fish Oil/Goddess) to give compassion (resurrection) to His action (power).
Symptoms that you are out of balance include:
Depression (too much feminine)
Anxiety (too much feminine)
Irrational Angry Outbursts (too much masculine)
Infidelity, lying and lack of commitment (too much masculine)
Dictatorship, Controlling or Excessively Possessive (Not enough feminine)
Low self-esteem, Fear, Poverty (not enough Masculine
Weepy, Clingy and Blaming Others (not enough Masculine)
Okay…so here is the secret to great wealth in a nutshell.
1. Be balanced with compassion for all things and confidence in yourself and your Creators
2. Speak, think and act always in a positive, uplifting and self-sacrificing manner with confidence of a return for your investment.
3. Create an expectation within yourself, in gratitude and joy, to receive prosperity and then readily give without reservation of the gifts you have been bestowed with in life. If you are artistic then send your art into the world, if you can sing then sing to uplift others, if you are funny make people laugh, if you are good with numbers then be a teacher or help someone with their business. Whatever it is that you are good at give it away!
4. Worship Mother God and cleave to Her Wisdom. Study, practice and give thanks for Her esoteric, magical, holy and powerful existence by learning about Her in any form you feel drawn to, such as Christians do with their love of the Holy Spirit, operate in her gifts which are discernment, prophesy, speaking in tongues, healing, exhortation, expecting abundance, working of miracles whether through herbal remedies, rituals, or laying on of hands, and knowledge of the Word of God in whatever path you walk. (1 Corinthians 12:7) “But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all“
5. “ Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.” Which means that after all of your hard work, compassion, self-sacrifice, wisdom, love expect to be praised, honored and adored, as well as for financial prosperity to be yours.
So now you know the secret to great wealth. Take some time to evaluate your life to make sure that you have balance of both the male and female aspects of yourself and your spiritual celebration.
